Today we’re going to set up and install the Launch27 booking form. This is how we separate ourselves from the competition from day one.

Your website should make it as easy as possible for your customers to book your services online! This will separate us from 98% of the businesses in our market.

Our goals are

NOT to have clients call for long conversations that might lead to nowhere.

NOT to have to respond to quote requests, where we compete on price.  And certainly,

NOT to drive to someone’s home not knowing if we’ll even get the job.

Nope, nope, and nope!

Uber and Instant Gratification

There are fancy words to describe what is happening with Uber (vs taxis), and travelocity (vs travel agencies), and on demand home services (vs traditional maid companies), and what will continue to happen from industry to industry.

It really boils down to this:  Convenience wins.  No one is saying, we should go back to the days when we had to order a taxi the night before.  Now we just pull out our phones and we have a car in like 8 minutes flat.

And young startup companies that understand how to deliver instant checkout and convenience online, will continue to win.

Local service companies by and large have not realized what is happening, so there are huge competitive advantages just waiting to be exploited.

The more people get used to shopping online and enjoying the instant gratification that the internet brings, the less they will be drawn to companies that don’t offer this convenience.

If we can get online and get a dress overnight on Amazon, we also want to be able to get online and get our home cleaned the next day! (And funny enough you can now do this on Amazon as well)

But our competition is so far behind with this that we can out compete most of them…

3) There are no contracts to lock folks into service

4) We offer instant checkout with credit card, no fumbling for cash

5) Flexible and friendly service terms, and a host of other cool stuff

Our entire approach: We’ll make it as easy as possible for folks to schedule our services online quickly and efficiently.  No calling around for quotes, no mucking around!
